The Platform:
• Does not guarantee matches
• Does not guarantee transactions
• Does not provide legal, financial, tax, or investment advice
• Does not verify user-submitted information

Users assume full responsibility for decisions and outcomes.

2. Absolute Platform Control

WeBuyBiz.com™ reserves the unrestricted right to:

• Accept, reject, suspend, or terminate users
• Control routing, matching, and visibility
• Modify or discontinue any feature
• Determine eligibility, access, or priority

No entitlement is created by use of the Platform.

3. Non-Circumvention (CRITICAL)

Users shall not, directly or indirectly:

• Bypass the Platform
• Circumvent brokers or representatives
• Transact off-platform using Platform introductions
• Replicate or extract data for external use

Violations may result in:
• Immediate termination
• Injunctive relief
• Liquidated damages
• Permanent access bans

4. Intellectual Property and Trade Secrets

All systems, logic, workflows, scoring methods, routing mechanisms, matching criteria, automation, and future AI developments constitute proprietary intellectual property and trade secrets.

No license is granted except limited use to access the Platform.

5. License to Use Submitted Information

By submitting information, you grant WeBuyBiz.com™ a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such information for:

• Platform operation
• System improvement
• Matching and analytics
• Monetization
• Research and development

Subject to confidentiality obligations.

6. No Fiduciary Relationship

No partnership, agency, joint venture, fiduciary, or advisory relationship is created by use of the Platform.

7. Limitation of Liability (MAXIMUM)

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeBuyBiz.com™ shall not be liable for:

• Lost profits
• Business interruption
• Missed opportunities
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Reliance on Platform outputs

Total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid to the Platform, if any, in the preceding 12 months.

8. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless WeBuyBiz.com™, its owners, affiliates, officers, and agents from any claims arising from:

• Platform use
• Data submission
• Legal non-compliance
• Circumvention attempts

9. Governing Law and Venue (GLOBAL CONTROL)

All matters shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Mandatory Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

All disputes shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration, administered in Miami, Florida, under internationally recognized arbitration rules.
